As you may have assumed, I am new to the Burns Lake Area! I grew up in Calgary where I completed my Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology followed by a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta, working in Calgary and Cochrane until moving to Burns Lake in 2025.
As a passionate physiotherapist, I am dedicated to helping people move better, recover from injuries, and enhance their overall well-being. With experience as a varsity track and field athlete and competitive ultimate frisbee player, along with a love for various other sports, I bring both personal and professional knowledge to movement and rehabilitation, with a particular interest in running- related injuries. My goal is to educate and empower you throughout your rehabilitation journey, using a combination of exercise-based treatment and manual therapy. I am committed to providing personalized care and look forward to guiding you toward pain free movement. Outside the clinic, I enjoy biking, hiking, and skiing—always exploring fun ways to move my body!
